A: This is the minimum balance of your account, which cannot be cashed using the billing system. At present this amounts to 10% and the delay is 6 months. Hold works as follows: At the moment of each payment, 10% is subtracted from the amount intended for payment. This amount remains on your account for 6 months and is not subject to withdrawal. After 6 months, this amount is returned to your account together with the next payment. In other words, hold is the percent of your money which is paid with a delay of 6 months.

Column "Decline" - Rejected transactions, which could not pass the fraud test due to one reason or another.  The corresponding amount involved in such transactions is not subtracted from the balance of the card-owner, and is therefore not placed on your account. "Fraud Test" - statements, which are being checked for fraud.

Q: I want to enlist resellers, who would advertise and sell my goods and services. What should I do to accomplish my desire?

A: Your statistics include a button with the inscription "get url for reseller adition". You choose a website and click on this button. You get a link, which when clicked on, takes you to a website where resellers can either  start their own reseller's account, (or if they already have an account on our billing system), enter the appropriate password and login  to get the reseller's link, which would be used to send traffic to your website. All purchases carried out using the resellers' link, will be displayed on the reseller's statistics. You can pay the reseller for these purchases in accordance with the conditions of the agreement with him.

Q: Why is the login and password required from members of my website when applying for access.

À: This is done in order to certify that the members area of your website has sufficient amount of content ( in case your website sells virtual goods   intended for the closed members' area), so as to avoid complaints from clients who are are dissatisfied by the scarcity of the goods.
